Cancel your subscription
Video Watch Live bills as one add-on per camera on your Ring plan, so you can cancel one camera or all of them. Either way it happens in your Ring account, not in the app.
Do it in this order. Cancel the camera add-ons first, then remove the app. Deleting the app from your iPhone, or disconnecting it, doesn’t stop billing.
Cancel camera subscriptions
Open your Ring plans page.
Go to account.ring.com/account/billing/plans and sign in with your Ring account.
Select the plan for your location.
Under My Plans, select the Ring subscription covering the cameras you want to change.
Scroll to Billing → Manage or Cancel Plan.
Your Ring plan is listed first, then one Video Watch Live line per camera, each named for its camera.
Select Cancel Add-on, then Continue.
Ring shows which camera loses coverage. Repeat for each Video Watch Live line to cancel everything.
Then remove the app from Ring
In the Ring app, open Apps → Video Watch Live under My Apps, and select Remove app. Want our records gone too? Delete your account is a separate step.
Timing: cancel any day before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the period you’ve already paid for, and you can resubscribe any time.
